In the process of updating the Master Plan, the City of Newark requested a tool to measure and track the effectiveness of policy and strategy decisions. As a result, a partnership was formed between the Jonathan Rose Companies, the J. Max Bond Center on Design for the Just City, and graduate students from the City College of New York to establish baseline data in order to measure progress towards Newark’s vision.
