Students Visit NYC Office of Emergency Management
In September 2016, students in Prof. Lance Jay Brown’s Urban Reconstruction course visited the New York City Office of Emergency Management in Brooklyn where they met with Cynthia Barton, Disaster Housing Recovery Program Manager.
