SUMMARY:CCNY Postcards from the Past
DESCRIPTION:The City College Archives at The City College of New York is 
 exhibiting more than 120 historic postcards collected by Spitzer School B 
 Arch student\, tour guide\, and archives research assistant Dalton Whitesi
 de. The exhibit is co-curated by Professor and College Archivist Sydney 
 Van Nort and Mr. Whiteside.\n\nAdditional postcards from The City College 
 Archives collection of CCNY’s buildings and grounds will be on view. Pos
 tcards of neighboring institutional buildings acquired by City College suc
 h as the Hebrew Orphan Asylum and Manhattanville College of the Sacred Hea
 rt will be included in the exhibition. Also featured will be City College 
 memorabilia such as silk pieces illustrated with college scenes and leathe
 r CCNY embossed pennants.\n\nThe exhibition\, which is free and open to th
 e public\, is located in the Cohen Library\, Room 5/301 of CCNY's North Ac
