As the flagship public school of architecture in New York City, we focus on design for the betterment of our shared global community. The program is open-ended and flexible with an emphasis on agility and creativity; we aim to educate the next generation of innovators redefining the role of the architect in the 21st century.

Students take an Advanced Studio + Research Seminar each of three semesters and round out their studies by choosing among a diverse set of elective offerings. Electives cover design and methods, technology, sustainability, professional practice, history/theory, and more.

Master of Science programs are not eligible for NAAB accreditation and may not be accepted as meeting licensure requirements in many U.S. jurisdictions.
