Digital Fabrication
The Model Shop boasts four large-bed laser cutters, two CNC machines, and MakerBot 3-D printers. Additionally, the M Arch studios house a Stratasys uPrint SE Plus, a 3-D printer, and a Roland MDX-540 Milling Machine.

The Laser/3D lab door may be closed and new submissions may not be accepted 30 minutes before closing time as the staff finalize the projects.
If the Laser/3D lab door is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, submissions may be accepted at the Fabrication Shop (room 011) within operation hours.
The fabrication facilities are closed during holidays, lecture evenings, and the time periods between the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Hours may differ during midterm breaks. Please refer to CCNY/CUNY academic calendar.
Fabrication Shop and Digital Fabrication Lab may be closed fully or partially during Orientation days. Please refer to notices posted at the shop/lab doors for details.
The webpage indicates the normal hours throughout semesters but for the most up to date schedule, particularly for last minute and unforeseen changes, always refer to the schedules and notices printed and posted at the doors of Fabrication Shop and laser/3D Lab.
