NCREMENTAL NY: alternative social housing models for the city yet to come by Valeska Abarca B Arch '24, Ismael Cajamarca B Arch '23, and Annabelle Surya B Arch '23; Instructor: Laura Sara Wainer. Drawing on a study of the "hidden" informal construction practices within the dense urban blocks of Jackson Heights, New York, this project proposes a gradual densification plan for the block centers.
