Central Park as Infrastructure
Master of Landscape Architecture students created this animation in the spring 2018 advanced media seminar Visualizing Central Park, a collaboration with the Central Park Conservancy taught by Lecturer Matthew Seibert. Starting from the far reaches of New York City’s watershed, Park as Infrastructure traces Central Park’s hydrologic infrastructure and explores challenges and solutions for preserving the landmark landscape’s bodies of water.
