Performative Biophilic Architecture

Dr. Arta Yazdenseta earned her Doctor of Design (DDes) and Master of Design (MDes) in Energy and Environments from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and her professional architectural degree from the Pratt Institute. Her research explores the intersection between design, building science, and plant biophysical ecology, and emphasizes coupling building energy performance with vertical vegetative surfaces through design strategies.

 

All lectures are free and open to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Roofpod lecture series organized by Professors Ahu Aydogan Akseli and Christian Volkmann.
