Awards & Honors

The Spitzer School’s B Arch student team in the APT-PETC (Association for Preservation Technology) Design-Build Competition won three awards: Best Historical Research, Best Phase 2 Video Submission, and Most Ambitious Team. The competition finals were held on October 25-26.

The students — Tamar Plotzker (4th year), Xiao Lin Wang (4th year), Danielle Ryba (3rd year), and Abram Morris (2nd year) — have been working under the guidance of Professor Mohammad Bolhassani on the competition since Spring 2021. Their entry was based on City Hall Station, one of New York City’s original subway stations.
