Bond Center Director Examines Inwood Rezoning

Professor Shawn L. Rickenbacker, director of the Spitzer School’s J. Max Bond Center for Urban Futures, together with CCNY faculty Susanna Schaller of the Center for Worker Education and John Krinsky of the Political Science Department at the Colin Powell School for Civil and Global Leadership, published an op-ed about the rezoning of Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan. Their piece, “The Zoning Game Is Rigged: The City Must Slow Down and Do an Honest Cost-Benefit Analysis,” appeared in the Daily News on August 8.
